Store Activator (Striker) – Retail Sales – Calabria

About the role

The Store Activator, also called a Striker, will manage Red Bull’s retail relationships across the Calabria region. Working in the Sales team, you will ensure the brand’s presence, availability and visibility in stores to maximise sales of all Red Bull products.

Key responsibilities

• Cover all assigned outlets with optimal visit frequency while controlling costs.
• Maintain and grow Red Bull’s Perfect Store standards – availability, visibility, placement and messaging.
• Influence store‑level orders to secure a fair stock level and proper range availability.
• Manage POS material placement, ensure promotions are active from day one, especially in ethnic accounts.
• Measure, track and audit key in‑store metrics using digital tools and complete all required administrative reporting on time.

Required profile

• Growth mindset with a proactive, autonomous approach to field work.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication and negotiation abilities, especially with ethnic point‑of‑sale stakeholders.
• Fluent English (required) and a valid driving licence.
• Experience in FMCG is a plus.
