Store Director – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Store Director will lead a Saint Laurent boutique, driving brand engagement and customer loyalty while achieving commercial targets. This senior position combines sales leadership, talent development, and operational excellence in a luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote brand engagement and loyalty to meet business objectives.
• Identify, attract, recruit, develop and retain talent in line with headquarters directives.
• Coach and train staff to ensure professional growth.
• Set quantitative and qualitative targets, monitor KPIs and conduct regular performance assessments.
• Lead sales on the floor, providing hands‑on support to the team.
• Maintain a high level of customer experience and loyalty.
• Oversee inventory activities in collaboration with Back‑Office Operations.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR and stock organization requirements.
• Uphold the qualitative standards of the Saint Laurent brand.

Required profile

• Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
• 4 to 6 years of successful managerial retail experience.
• Proven ability to manage a team of at least 10 members.
• Adaptability, openness, risk‑taking, dynamic attitude, strong listening abilities and curiosity.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
