Store Supervisor – Full‑time

About the role

As a Store Supervisor at Levi Strauss & Co you will work in a dynamic environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will be the key link between products and customers while supporting and developing the store’s Stylists.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deputise the management team in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities.
• Implement individual, daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve performance.
• Monitor KPIs and team performance through reports and update management.
• Assist with store operations such as stock management, payroll, administration and rota planning.
• Provide an exceptional 1‑2‑1 customer service experience, ensuring the customer comes first.
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Passionate about the brand and living its values.
• Strong customer service skills with proven experience managing a team.
• Track record of developing and growing team members.
• Experience driving KPIs and sales targets in a retail environment and understanding store operations.
