Store Trainer – Retail Learning & Development

About the role

As a Store Trainer at adidas Factory Outlet in Noventa di Piave, you will lead the delivery of retail learning programs, ensuring a premium consumer experience and supporting operational excellence across the store.

Key responsibilities

• Model service standards and sales‑floor leadership, providing feedback on team behaviors.
• Drive daily team huddles, act as Team Captain, and champion consumer NPS and membership initiatives.
• Create and maintain a monthly training calendar in partnership with store leadership.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver both in‑person and virtual training sessions for new and existing staff.
• Serve as the go‑to person for adidas retail digital learning platforms and support the Store Leadership Team in building learning plans.
• Organise training materials and support certification programs for experts and specialists.

Required profile

• Strong retail background with a focus on learning and development.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a passion for sport and the adidas brand.

Required skills

• Experience with retail training delivery (in‑person and virtual).
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms used in retail environments.
• Knowledge of consumer NPS processes and membership programs.
