About the role
The Strategic Business Development Specialist will identify new sales prospects, generate leads and sell BSP Pharmaceuticals' contract development and manufacturing services. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders across the CDMO sector.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Strategic Business Development (SBD) team during the assessment of new business opportunities within the company’s areas of competence.
- Prepare, update and maintain detailed reports, databases and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Nurture relationships with BSP’s key stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration to foster long‑term partnerships.
- Assist SBD team members with tasks related to events, client visits and meetings.
- Comply with EHS duties as defined by applicable legislation (Art. 19 of Legislative Decree 81/08).
Required profile
- University degree in a scientific field; Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology, or Engineering is preferred.
- Strong analytical and management capabilities.
- Business‑oriented and client‑focused mindset.
