Strategic Procurement Team Member

About the role

TechnoAlpin is seeking a Strategic Procurement Team Member to join its Bolzano office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will help shape and optimise the company’s global supply chain by managing strategic suppliers, negotiating contracts and securing long‑term partnerships that deliver quality and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and qualify strategic suppliers worldwide.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and service terms to achieve best value.
• Support make‑or‑buy decisions in close collaboration with engineering, production and project management.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage risks and drive continuous improvement of purchasing processes.
• Analyse market trends, cost structures and supplier offers using data‑driven methods.
• Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders and international suppliers to align purchasing strategies with corporate objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic purchasing, supply chain management or industrial procurement.
• Degree in business, industrial engineering, supply chain management or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English; Italian or additional languages are a plus.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and proactive mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP or other purchasing systems.
• Ability to analyse costs, markets and supplier performance using data‑driven tools.
