Strategic Sales Internship

About the role

Join Procter & Gamble’s Strategic Sales Internship in Rome and support world‑class brands such as Dash, Gillette, Pantene and Oral‑B. You will receive best‑in‑class training and mentorship while working on real business challenges from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, supporting promotions, assortment, shelving, pricing and merchandising.
• Contribute to the creation of sales concepts, product branding and go‑to‑market tools.
• Assist in designing business plans that drive sales and market‑share targets.
• Help customers develop programs that grow their business and P&G’s performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing, Suppliers and Product Supply across multiple countries.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university program and available to start in September 2026 or later.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Motivation to learn and develop a career in sales and consumer‑goods marketing.
