Strategy Associate

About the role

Unobravo, a mental health support company with over 9,500 therapists and more than 10 million therapy sessions delivered, is looking for a Strategy Associate to join its Strategy & Corporate Development team in Milan. You will work directly with the leadership team on the company's strategic priorities and long-term plan, owning initiatives from the first hypothesis through to execution and measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Drive high-impact strategic initiatives end to end, leading the assessment and execution of priority initiatives across Operations, Product, Marketing, B2B and Finance, framing the problem, building the business case and keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Shape Board, investor and capital-raising materials, including equity and debt raises and leadership updates, turning complex analyses into clear recommendations.
• Contribute to the company strategy and annual planning, translating priorities into initiatives, KPIs and owners and tracking delivery.
• Run market analyses and competitor benchmarks to inform strategic choices, and support corporate development and corporate finance projects with business cases and analyses.
• Facilitate leadership workshops and strategy sessions and act as the link between teams.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting or equivalent strategic roles such as corporate strategy, corporate development, BizOps or the CEO office of a scale-up or corporate.
• A track record of leading cross-functional projects from analysis to implementation with tangible results.
• Strong analytical and financial toolkit: business cases, financial modeling, unit economics and market sizing.
• Executive-level communication: storylining, decks for C-level and Board audiences and concise writing.
• Ability to manage senior internal and external stakeholders, and data fluency in defining KPIs.
• Fluency in English plus Italian, Spanish or French.

Required skills

• Power-ups: background at a top-tier strategy consulting firm, exposure to corporate development or corporate finance projects, consumer/D2C/marketplace or digital health experience, multi-country business experience, hands-on use of AI tools for research and analysis.
