Strategy Consultant – Management Consulting

About the role

Porsche Consulting is expanding its Milan team and seeks motivated Strategy Consultants to work on national and international projects across a broad range of industries. You will join a dynamic, international environment and help clients develop sustainable competitive advantages.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consulting projects for clients in Italy and abroad, covering multiple sectors.
• Lead complex assignments in Strategy and Organisation, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on‑site.
• Advise clients on innovative strategic and organisational solutions to improve performance.
• Design deployment roadmaps and support implementation, ensuring measurable, sustainable bottom‑line impact.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Economics, Engineering or equivalent; MBA is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in a leading management‑consulting firm.
• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 80% of time on client sites).

Required skills

• Fluency in Italian and English; good knowledge of German and/or French.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, team spirit and flexibility.
