Strategy & PMO Manager – EMEA/AP Region

About the role

The EMEA‑AP Strategy & PMO Manager leads the strategic project portfolio for the EMEA‑AP region, running the regional Project Management Office for key transformation initiatives and supporting the Head of Region in shaping strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and operate the regional PMO, defining charters, governance, milestones and KPIs.
• Build integrated project plans, track critical‑path activities, manage risks, dependencies and escalations.
• Report project status to the Head of Region, Group CEO and shareholders.
• Coordinate external consultants, engineering partners and EPC interfaces.
• Support the Head of Region in updating the regional strategy and annual operating plan.
• Prepare business reviews, strategy days and target definitions.
• Conduct market, customer, competitive and operational analyses.
• Prepare presentations, briefing notes and decision documents for Management Team and Advisory Committee.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or equivalent from a top‑tier university.
• 2–3 years experience in a top‑tier management consulting firm within industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Proven exposure to complex transformation programmes, PMO setups and senior stakeholder management.
• Business‑fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.

What we offer

• Base salary between €85,000 and €100,000 per year.
• Location at the Group Headquarters in Milan.
