Supply Chain Administrator (French & English)

About the role

Panasonic is seeking a bilingual Supply Chain Administrator to manage outbound distribution flows from its control tower warehouse/factory to destination countries. The role involves close collaboration with sales, service, consignees, warehouse teams and forwarders to ensure smooth delivery and incident handling.

Key responsibilities

• Answer logistics queries from sales, service colleagues and customers, providing timely solutions.
• Process and arrange book‑ins, schedule deliveries and advise on suitable logistics services.
• Coordinate load planning with warehouses/factories and transport providers using collaboration platforms.
• Track shipments via carrier portals, load‑planning files and direct forwarder contacts, updating status information.
• Maintain and analyse OTTR files, lead weekly/monthly carrier meetings on on‑time delivery and POD.
• Handle return inquiries, process goods receipt, and manage credit issuance.
• Process claims against third‑party logistics providers using the SAP Claim Handling System and follow up accounts receivable.

Required profile

• Strong command of French and English.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft O365 Suite (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel).
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP formulas and pivot tables.
• Ability to structure and prioritize workload effectively.
• Familiarity with logistics distribution processes is a plus.
