Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead planning and execution of all supply‑chain activities at our plant. The role ensures material availability, production continuity and on‑time delivery while optimizing inventory and transport costs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead production and material planning to align demand, capacity and supply.
• Manage MRP processes and release purchase requests to guarantee material availability.
• Oversee inventory levels, define actions to optimise stock and working capital.
• Control warehouse and logistics operations.
• Monitor KPIs such as On‑Time Delivery, inventory turnover, material availability and shipment claims, and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement and Customer Service for end‑to‑end alignment.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives across planning, materials and logistics.
• Control and optimise transport and supply‑chain costs.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in supply‑chain roles within structured industrial environments.
• Solid background in production planning, material management and logistics.
• Fluent English with strong analytical, data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High determination and ability to make decisions in complex situations.
