Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead our end‑to‑end supply chain operations. The role ensures seamless material flow from procurement to delivery of finished products at our distribution centre while meeting strict deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise all supply chain processes, from strategic sourcing of raw materials to timely delivery of finished goods.
• Develop and manage production planning strategies aligned with demand forecasts and business objectives.
• Provide clear visibility on production schedules, capacities and plans to internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Operations and Development.
• Collaborate closely with Development, Marketing and Operations to align product launches, demand planning and execution.
• Maintain and develop supplier networks and relationships.
• Support transformation projects and global road‑maps, ensuring supply‑chain alignment with organisational goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in purchasing, inventory management, logistics and stock optimisation.
• Utilise SAP daily for planning, procurement, inventory control and production management.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in supply chain or logistics management.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve bottlenecks.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional teams, including purchasing and production planning.
• Ownership orientation and willingness to take calculated risks in uncertain conditions.
• Agile approach to rapidly changing market and business needs.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with SAP for planning, procurement, inventory and production control.
