Supply Chain Manager – Procurement & Warehouse Lead

About the role

Poltrona Frau is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes, ensuring material availability, cost efficiency, inventory optimisation and service‑level achievement. The role oversees procurement, material planning & replenishment and warehouse operations and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement strategies and manage supplier relationships.
• Guarantee material availability aligned with production and sales plans.
• Control inventory levels, stock policies and working‑capital targets.
• Lead warehouse operations, logistics flows and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Develop KPIs for supplier performance, inventory turnover, service level and procurement savings.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales and Finance to support business objectives.
• Lead and develop the Procurement, Inbound and Warehouse teams.

Required profile

• Degree in a scientific discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supply‑chain role with people‑management responsibilities.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite and ERP Dynamics F&O.
• Fluent English communication skills.
