Supply Chain Planner

About the role

As a Supply Chain Planner you will drive forecasting, product mapping, price‑list management and order processing for the Italian market, ensuring timely execution of quarterly activities and supporting the local marketing team. You will act as the main contact point for internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams, linking the Italy office with ASUS headquarters and the WEMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Execute quarterly forecasting, product mapping, price‑list updates and order processing plans in line with business objectives.
• Support the local sales team in daily operational tasks and ensure consistency with corporate guidelines.
• Monitor delivery performance across sales teams and propose improvement actions.
• Participate in weekly alignment calls with internal sales and other local functions.
• Facilitate communication between global and local teams, acting as the planner liaison.

Required profile

• Strong analytical abilities.
• Experience in the B2B IT market (mandatory).
• Well‑organized, business‑oriented and proactive.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English.

Required skills

• Proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
