Supply Chain Representative – Planning & Logistics

About the role

The Supply Chain Representative supports the Supply Chain function by executing short‑term planning and logistics activities that keep production running smoothly and align supply with customer demand. Acting as a bridge between Manufacturing and internal stakeholders, the role ensures material availability, logistics execution, and compliance with company processes and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support short‑term production and supply planning within the planning time fence based on demand and supply signals.
• Assist in production scheduling and material planning in coordination with Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams.
• Monitor planning exceptions and material shortages using ERP and planning systems (e.g., MIMI) and follow escalation procedures.
• Track execution versus plan, follow up on delays, and help minimise back‑orders and service disruptions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation activities, including road and ocean freight, with the Logistics Coordinator.
• Support import activities for raw materials and assist with supplier payment processes (purchase requests, invoice verification, goods receipt).
• Maintain logistics‑related master data in ERP systems and ensure accurate documentation for daily operations.
• Apply EHS rules, contribute to safety culture, and participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Engage in global supply chain digitisation projects, promoting standard tools and data‑driven practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain, logistics or operations environments is preferred.

Required skills

• ERP experience, specifically SAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with planning systems such as MIMI and Arkieva.

What we offer

• Base pay range: €29,100 – €42,680, competitive and aligned with market practices and applicable collective labor agreements.
