Supply Chain Social Auditor – Luxury Industry

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Social Auditor to join Kering’s Supply Chain Audit Department in Scandicci, Italy. The role supports Kering’s vision of a transparent, traceable and ethical luxury supply chain by conducting supplier audits and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure Kering Group compliance with international standards and the Kering Code of Ethics.
• Perform on‑site audits in Italy, evaluate risks, record irregularities, communicate results to suppliers and manage audit documentation.
• Check and evaluate corrective actions implemented by suppliers.
• Support external audit teams with technical reviews and finalize audit reports.
• Identify potential risk areas for Kering Houses and follow up on all irregularities.
• Use statistical tools to analyse risk patterns and trends.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering or socio‑economic fields.
• Experience conducting social and environmental audits.
• Understanding of supply‑chain processes and the manufacturing sector (a plus).
• Strong knowledge of the SA8000 standard, Italian labour law and health & safety legislation.
• Analytical problem‑solver, team player with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently.
• Fluent in Italian and English (both required); Chinese language a plus.
