Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

Kering Eyewear is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to support the Mistral production plant in Setteville. You will work closely with the Supply Chain team to manage all activities related to purchasing, supplier coordination, and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate issuance of new purchase orders through the ERP system.
• Contact suppliers to obtain order confirmations and upload the information to the system.
• Maintain continuous communication with suppliers to update delivery data and reflect changes in the system.
• Verify shipping documentation from suppliers and ensure proper upload, linking Supply Chain with Logistics.
• Support the Quality area in handling returns and rework, updating relevant information in the system.
• Coordinate with raw‑material and component suppliers to keep stock levels updated and monitor work‑in‑progress.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar supply‑chain or procurement role.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data‑analysis tools such as Excel.
• Good command of English.
