Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

Tolsa is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join its Bologna team. You will ensure the smooth flow of materials and information across the supply chain, supporting demand planning, procurement, and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Implement demand planning to guarantee product availability, optimal inventory levels, and efficient delivery schedules.
• Manage the procurement process, negotiate with suppliers, and secure timely, cost‑effective purchases.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and logistics partners to maintain clear communication and efficient operations.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance indicators, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align supply‑chain activities with business objectives and customer requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supply‑chain role, preferably in an international environment.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or equivalent); Spanish is a plus.
• Strong analytical and planning abilities with a detail‑oriented, proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, especially SAP or Oracle.
