Supply Operations Analyst – Milan

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Operations Analyst to join Glovo’s Milan team. In this role you will help optimise the performance of our delivery network across a portfolio of Italian cities, directly influencing user experience and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve key UX and profitability KPIs for assigned cities through data‑driven analysis.
• Produce high‑quality reports and dashboards that give clear visibility on core operational metrics.
• Identify and propose process improvements to the Operations Manager to ensure scalable, efficient operations.
• Support and engage couriers (Glovers) by optimising support processes and acting as a primary point of contact for their daily needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners such as Commercial and Quality Control Account Managers to align initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., engineering, economics, mathematics, statistics).
• At least one year of experience in a fast‑paced environment such as operations, technology, consulting or investment banking.
• Proactive, autonomous and comfortable working “hands‑on” in the field.
• Strong communication skills, problem‑solving attitude and an empathetic, inclusive mindset.
• Positive energy and enthusiasm for the mission, even on challenging days.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
