Supply Planning Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Supply Planning Associate to join the Supply Planning team at Fendi’s headquarters in Rome. The role supports both seasonal and timeless collections, ensuring production deliveries align with business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor post‑launch production deliveries for seasonal collections and ensure they follow the delivery plan.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could lead to retail or wholesale order cancellations.
• Support coordination of re‑orders for timeless collections across all product categories.
• Align demand‑driven re‑order deliveries with the production planning team to balance capacity.
• Collaborate with production planners to develop delivery plans, monitor weekly warehouse deliveries and communicate any delays.
• Analyse plan implementation, provide forecast visibility and drive priority setting.
• Develop and implement new KPIs to track supply‑chain efficiency.
• Contribute to project initiatives for both seasonal and timeless collections.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in production, supply chain or planning roles.
• Experience in the luxury or fashion industry is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Strong numerical aptitude and data‑analysis expertise.
• Proactive, flexible, results‑driven and highly organized.

• Power BI development.
