Supply Planning Coordinator – Accessories & Spare Parts

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Planning Coordinator to join our Global Sales Demand and PS Planning team in Padova. This hands‑on, cross‑functional position will focus on accessories and spare parts, driving advanced planning methods and supporting technology transformation in a fast‑growing international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build medium‑term (6–12 months) and long‑term (12–24 months) supply plans for accessories and spare parts.
• Translate demand forecasts into purchase plans, issuing purchase orders while considering seasonality, MOQs, lead times and production capacity.
• Manage Make‑to‑Stock and Make‑to‑Order flows, identifying supply risks and reporting capacity utilization.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Supplier Management, Operations and Finance to ensure timely plan execution.
• Coordinate the Accessories & Spare Parts supply planning team.
• Lead technology transformation projects, gathering functional requirements and supporting user adoption of new planning tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of supply chain planning experience, preferably in a global fashion environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven KPI tracking and performance reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, structured work approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP environments (SAP, SAP/BW, SAP S/4).
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools, particularly Tableau.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives in supply chain.
