Surprises Planning Specialist – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

As a Surprises Planning Specialist at Ferrero, you will ensure that the surprise items inside our products are available at the right place and time, supporting production continuity and creating moments of joy for consumers worldwide. You will work within the Industrial & Supply team, influencing planning decisions across the network and collaborating with supply, production, marketing, quality, safety, and legal functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage planning and distribution of surprises, maintaining demand visibility and appropriate stock coverage across plants and co‑packers.
• Control surprise availability by aligning demand visibility with dispatch schedules and transportation means.
• Collaborate with KPS Presidenza, KPS Planning Polo, and Plant Operating Planning to evaluate supply feasibility, place orders, and allocate leftovers.
• Perform stock analysis, define leftover recovery plans, and validate actions with stakeholders such as FSQ Toys, Safety, and Legal.
• Oversee the global disposal process for surprises, creating destruction lists and raising disposal notifications.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in planning, procurement or supply‑chain activities.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work accurately and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
