System Engineer – Fleet Performance

About the role

We are looking for a System Engineer focused on fleet performance to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our EV charging stations. You will work closely with development, data analysis and field teams to monitor charger health, troubleshoot issues and support product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor charger performance using field data and proactively identify and resolve issues, especially during launch phases.
• Apply systematic troubleshooting: data mining with corporate tools, analysis of system logs, and execution of tests to reproduce and isolate faults.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary development teams to address complex technical problems quickly.
• Guide data analysts and scientists on strategic directions for their activities.

Required profile

• Degree in electrical/electronic engineering, mechatronics, physics or a related field.
• Proven experience with complex systems and systematic troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with software development processes.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian or German is a plus.
