T1 Certified Autonomous Vehicle Test Operator

About the role

We are seeking a T1 Certified Autonomous Vehicle Test Operator to operate and evaluate autonomous vehicles in live, real‑world environments. The role combines autonomous driving, real‑time monitoring, and occasional manual control to ensure safety and data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Operate autonomous vehicles on defined and exploratory routes under diverse traffic and weather conditions.
• Monitor vehicle systems while in autonomous mode and intervene manually when required.
• Use software tools to log issues, provide detailed feedback, and complete shift reports for engineering and operations teams.
• Deliver ride‑hailing services to the public as part of real‑world testing.
• Maintain safety protocols in line with T1‑certified standards.
• Adapt to varying shift schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.

Required profile

• T1 Certification for Autonomous Vehicle Operations.
• Valid Class C driver’s license with at least 3 years of clean driving experience.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Strong observational and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with laptops, mobile applications, and web‑based reporting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear documentation skills.
