Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Internship

About the role

As a six‑month intern you will join Bosch’s Talent Acquisition team within the Human Resources department in Milan. You will support the full recruitment cycle and help shape the company’s employer brand through events and university collaborations. The role offers hands‑on experience in a global, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Post job ads, screen candidates and schedule interviews.
• Assist in organizing career days, recruiting fairs and university partnership events.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and HR service providers throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations and other recruitment materials.
• Support day‑to‑day HR activities to ensure deadlines are met.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Humanities, Economics or a related field, preferably with HR focus.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2) and Italian (minimum C1).
• Curious, organized, proactive with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

What we offer

• 6‑month full‑time internship (curricular or extracurricular) starting in November.
• Monthly allowance of €700‑€900 gross, depending on educational background.
