Talent Acquisition Partner – Sales Focused (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Join SumUp’s Global Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Partner focused on Sales hiring across Europe. You will work closely with Sales leaders to design and deliver a data‑driven recruitment process that supports rapid commercial expansion while ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for Sales roles across multiple European markets.
• Partner with Sales leaders to define scorecards, interview loops and service‑level agreements.
• Develop persona‑based sourcing plans and collaborate with Employer Branding on targeted messaging.
• Maintain a structured, data‑informed funnel, analyse performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Champion candidate experience through timely communication and engagement.
• Leverage automation and TA tools such as Greenhouse, Looker and Brighthire to increase efficiency.
• Conduct weekly funnel reviews, share insights and remove hiring blockers with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in high‑volume Sales recruitment across several European countries.
• Proven track record in structured hiring (scorecards, interviewer training, data‑driven decisions).
• Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
• Data‑oriented mindset with the ability to use insights to shape hiring strategy.
• Excellent communication, prioritisation and stakeholder‑management abilities in a fast‑paced scale‑up environment.
• Fluency in French and English plus an additional European language (e.g., Italian, German, Portuguese or Spanish).
