Talent Acquisition Partner (Sales Focused)

About the role

Join SumUp’s Global Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Partner focused on Sales hiring across Europe. You will work closely with Sales leaders to design and execute a data‑driven recruitment process that supports rapid commercial growth while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Sales positions across multiple European markets.
• Partner with Sales leaders to define role scorecards, interview loops, and service level agreements.
• Create persona‑based sourcing strategies and collaborate with Employer Branding on targeted messaging.
• Maintain a structured, data‑informed process, analyse funnel performance and implement improvements.
• Champion a high‑quality candidate experience with timely communication.
• Utilise recruitment automation tools such as Greenhouse, Looker and Brighthire to increase efficiency.
• Conduct weekly funnel reviews, share insights and work with stakeholders to remove hiring blockers.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in high‑volume Sales recruitment across several European countries.
• Proven ability to implement structured hiring practices (scorecards, interviewer training, data‑driven decisions).
• Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
• Data‑oriented mindset with a track record of improving recruitment funnels.
• Excellent communication, prioritisation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent in French and English, plus an additional European language (e.g., Italian, German, Portuguese or Spanish).
