Talent & Culture Manager – Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a Talent & Culture Manager to partner with the Regional Director of Talent & Culture at Collegio alla Querce, Auberge Collection. The role will drive our people strategy, support team growth, and nurture a vibrant workplace culture in our historic Florence hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Regional Director to align talent initiatives with hotel objectives, improve processes, and maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Attract and recruit top talent by promoting the brand’s culture and values, and develop staffing plans with department heads.
• Lead learning and development programs, organize and sometimes deliver training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
• Support succession planning and broader talent management strategies.
• Foster open communication, gather employee feedback, and address concerns promptly.
• Design and implement events, recognition programs, and incentive initiatives to keep team members engaged.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR or talent management, preferably within hospitality or a service‑focused environment.
• Strong ability to build relationships, influence leaders, and champion a people‑first culture.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Passion for developing teams and creating engaging employee experiences.
