Tax Manager – Global Tax Strategy & Automation

About the role

Snyk is seeking a global Tax Manager to lead tax strategy, compliance and automation across roughly a dozen countries. Reporting directly to the VP of Tax, you will have a high‑impact, autonomous position that blends technical tax expertise with modern workflow automation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day tax department operations, including account reconciliations, cash tax forecasting, and quarterly tax provision preparation.
• Oversee international tax and transfer‑pricing matters, monitor inter‑company transactions and maintain transfer‑pricing documentation.
• Co‑manage and coordinate the preparation, review and timely filing of corporate income tax returns for 12 jurisdictions, with a focus on the UK and US entities.
• Identify, design and implement automated workflows for data collection, tax provisioning and compliance reporting to eliminate manual spreadsheet tasks.
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of tax data systems and new tax provision tools.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in corporate tax, international tax or transfer pricing.
• Strong orientation toward digitising tax processes and using automation tools.
• Experience managing multi‑entity tax compliance across multiple countries.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and external advisors.
