Tax Manager – Global Tax Strategy & Automation

About the role

Snyk is seeking a Tax Manager to lead its global tax strategy and drive automation across a multi‑entity footprint. Working directly with the VP of Tax, you will have immediate impact on tax compliance, transfer pricing and process efficiency for roughly a dozen countries.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day tax department operations, including account reconciliations, cash tax forecasting and quarterly tax provisions.
• Oversee international tax and transfer pricing, maintaining documentation and monitoring inter‑company transactions.
• Co‑manage the preparation, review and timely filing of corporate income tax returns in 12 jurisdictions, with a focus on the UK and US.
• Identify, design and implement automated workflows for data collection, tax provisioning and compliance reporting.
• Lead the implementation and ownership of tax data systems and new tax provision tools.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of experience in corporate tax, international tax or transfer pricing.
• Strong mindset toward digitalization and process automation.
• Proven ability to coordinate external advisors and work cross‑functionally with finance teams.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
