Team & Clienteling Manager – High Luxury Brand – Milan

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Team & Clienteling Manager to join a high‑luxury brand’s flagship store in Milan. Reporting to senior management, you will lead a team of approximately 15 staff members and drive an exceptional customer experience throughout the store.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management team in daily store operations and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team of about 15 employees, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Analyse the customer journey and key performance indicators, identify trends and implement improvement actions.
• Design and maintain a strong, personalized customer experience.
• Set performance targets, monitor productivity and profitability of the department.
• Ensure the store environment and customer service are consistently presented at the highest standard.
• Oversee customer discovery, personalization and relationship‑building processes.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken English and Italian.
• Minimum five years of managerial experience in luxury brands or hospitality.
• Business‑driven, detail‑oriented and capable of influencing peers.
• Confident, enthusiastic, positive attitude with strong problem‑solving abilities.
