Team & Clienteling Manager – Luxury Retail – Milan

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Team & Clienteling Manager to lead a boutique store team for a high‑luxury brand in Milan. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales performance and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management team in daily store operations and strategic planning.
• Lead a staff of approximately 15 employees, setting performance targets and monitoring productivity.
• Continuously analyse the customer journey, KPIs and trends, proposing concrete improvement actions.
• Ensure the store environment and customer service are presented at the highest standard.
• Develop and execute customer discovery, personalization and relationship‑building processes.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken English and Italian.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in luxury brands or hospitality.
• Business‑driven, detail‑oriented and able to lead and influence peers.
• Confident, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Strong problem‑solving capabilities.

• Competitive salary range €60,000 – €70,000 per year plus variable compensation.
