Team Leader - Account Managers (Customer Success)

About the role

Alfadocs is looking for a dynamic Team Leader to manage its Account Management team within the Customer Success department. You will act as a player‑coach, driving commercial results while mentoring a group of Account Managers who serve a portfolio of dental practices.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Account Managers through regular call reviews using the Gong WIN Framework scorecard.
• Develop buyer‑centric selling, objection handling, and referral generation skills via structured 1:1 sessions.
• Own team KPIs, including forecasting, portfolio prioritisation, and corrective actions to meet revenue targets.
• Align the Account Management motion with CSMs, Onboarding, and Support for seamless handoffs and a unified customer experience.
• Drive performance management, set clear expectations, and create time‑bound growth plans for each team member.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading or mentoring a sales/account management/customer success team, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Track record of owning revenue KPIs such as expansion, retention, and net revenue retention (NRR).
• Strong coaching instincts with the ability to give direct, structured feedback.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
