Team Leader, EU Order Desk

About the role

Polar is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Services to lead the development of its B2C digital service offering across web, applications and other digital platforms. The role sits within the Product Management team and works closely with cross‑functional partners to drive user engagement, retention and new revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the B2C service portfolio, defining strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Develop and manage business cases for service concepts, acting as the customer voice in product decisions.
• Ensure services contribute to sales, customer experience and long‑term competitiveness.
• Align end‑to‑end experience across devices, services and content.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Marketing and Sales to support both B2C and B2B needs.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of experience in digital product management (apps, SaaS, platforms or subscription services), preferably in health, wellness or sports technology.
• Proven ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders and make informed trade‑offs.
• Strong commercial thinking, including business case development, pricing and profitability.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making prioritisation decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Finnish.
