About the role

As a Team Leader you will lead by example, ensuring the shift runs smoothly and that every guest receives a memorable experience. You will support the team with everything they need, uphold high standards, and keep customers happy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide heartfelt, memorable service to every customer.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts, ensuring efficient operation.
• Maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar environment and address any concerns promptly.

• Strong eye for detail, ensuring every pint is poured perfectly.

• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to fast‑paced challenges.
