About the role
As a Team Manager for a high‑end boutique in Milan, you will lead a sales team to deliver the personalized, luxurious experience that defines the Givenchy brand. You will be responsible for driving sales performance while upholding the highest standards of service and presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and mentor the boutique sales team, fostering a culture of passion for luxury service.
- Organise and deliver ongoing training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Implement sales strategies and performance metrics to meet and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising, stock management and marketing to optimise product displays and availability.
- Oversee client interactions, building lasting relationships with high‑value customers.
- Generate regular reports on team performance, sales figures and client feedback for senior management.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor, ensuring impeccable presentation, cleanliness and adherence to brand protocols.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing teams in luxury retail or a related high‑end environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of motivating high‑performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of luxury product standards and client service expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic boutique setting.
- Very good proficiency in the local language and a second language.
