About the role

Join Bosch Rexroth Oil Control SpA in Nonantola for a 24‑month professional development programme that blends technical and commercial training in the hydraulic industry. The programme is aimed at final‑year Mechanical Engineering students or recent graduates who want to start a career in technical sales.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and select appropriate hydraulic components.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Department to define and customise product configurations.
• Prepare technical documentation and preliminary drawings to support commercial offers.
• Identify and approach potential customers and distributors.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, understanding their technical needs.
• Prepare commercial quotations, define pricing and support delivery planning.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• English proficiency (minimum B2) and Italian proficiency (minimum C1).
• Category B driving licence and willingness to travel in Italy and abroad.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Interest in the industrial sector and in developing both technical and commercial expertise.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hydraulic components and systems.
• Ability to produce technical documentation and drawings.
