Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple business and technology initiatives. Based in Rome, you will act as the central liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate several concurrent projects across the organisation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming project requests.
• Assess requirements and work closely with Technical Leads to assign and prioritise activities.
• Track progress, timelines, risks, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in both large corporate and fast‑paced environments.
• Experience managing long‑term, complex projects within enterprise‑size businesses.
• Technical background strongly preferred, with hands‑on experience in software development, infrastructure, or related disciplines.
• Ability to understand technical challenges and communicate effectively with engineers.
• Organised, proactive, delivery‑focused, and fluent in Italian and English.

• Hybrid working model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
• Competitive salary range €45,000 – €50,000 per annum.
