Technical Recruiter – Energy & Oil & Gas

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Italian team in Magenta (Milan). The role focuses on sourcing and placing technical professionals across the Energy, Oil & Gas, Power and Industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to candidate placement.
• Identify, attract and engage technical talent in the Energy, Oil & Gas, Power and Industrial markets.
• Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates across Italy.
• Conduct candidate interviews and technical pre‑screenings.
• Present suitable candidates to clients within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Develop long‑term relationships with candidates and clients.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Contribute to recruitment strategies and market‑mapping activities.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Italian (written and spoken) and good English communication skills.
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience in Energy, Oil & Gas, EPC, Industrial Engineering or Technical Manpower Services.
• Previous experience in a manpower provision or technical staffing company.
• Proven track record recruiting Oil & Gas and Energy professionals.
• Strong sourcing abilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases and networking.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Results‑oriented, proactive and highly organized.
