Technical Sales Representative – Italy

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Representative based in Italy to own the complete sales cycle, from initial lead contact through contract signing and payment confirmation. The role focuses on the pool, construction, and architectural sectors, requiring strong relationship‑building and a results‑driven mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and qualify inbound leads, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Prepare, send, and negotiate quotes and contracts.
• Visit pool companies, construction firms, and architects to expand a referral network.
• Maintain rigorous documentation of leads, follow‑ups, and sales activities.
• Travel across Italy for site visits, trade fairs, and meetings with referrers.

Required profile

• Bilingual or native Italian with fluent Spanish and professional English; Portuguese a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven record of closing contracts.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build rapport with private clients, builders, and architects.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail in quotes and client communications.
• Self‑motivated, autonomous, and proactive in managing schedule and portfolio.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Italy.
