Technical Trainer – Fluid Power Products

About the role

Rotork is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver product training for its fluid‑power portfolio across all regions. You will educate internal teams and external partners on Rotork actuators, valves, and instrumentation, ensuring safe and effective use of our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prepare and deliver training programmes for new, existing and legacy Rotork products using presentations, handouts and practical sessions.
• Maintain and update all training materials, agendas and records of completed sessions.
• Collaborate with sales, service, engineering and HSE teams to tailor training to specific needs.
• Travel occasionally, including overnight stays, to provide on‑site training.
• Support the development and rollout of safety‑related training in partnership with HSE representatives.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of fluid‑power actuators, valve types, sizing and performance.
• Understanding of user control systems, fluid mechanics and instrumentation applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Italian.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel.
