Technical Trainer for Excavator After‑Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Trainer who will design and deliver training programmes for excavator after‑sales service teams and dealer personnel. The role combines deep technical knowledge of heavy‑equipment systems with the ability to create effective learning materials.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training courses, compile materials and case studies on excavator hydraulic and electrical failures.
• Plan and execute annual and monthly after‑sales training programmes.
• Provide internal product‑skill training and certification for company service engineers.
• Deliver training on service workflows, operational standards and compliance specifications.
• Coordinate with dealers to arrange courses and continuously improve dealer service team competency.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience in excavator after‑sales maintenance and repair.
• Strong familiarity with hydraulic, electrical, structural systems and working principles of excavators.
• Professional experience in internal corporate training, course development and on‑site delivery.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work independently with overseas dealers.
• Self‑driven, logical thinker capable of independently creating training plans, sorting cases and producing courseware.
