Technical Trainer – Relocation to Italy

About the role

Technical Trainers deliver high‑quality training to Field Service Engineers on the installation, start‑up, maintenance and commissioning of advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The role combines technical expertise, classroom and hands‑on instruction, global collaboration and project leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Complete the initial 9‑10 month training program alongside experienced trainers, including three 6‑week assignments abroad.
• Deliver theoretical and hands‑on technical training classes on advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Assess, certify and support trainees' technical competencies.
• Collaborate with the global training team to develop, implement and maintain training and certification programmes.
• Stay current with technology advancements and integrate new systems, tools and processes into training.
• Provide coaching, mentorship and leadership to other instructors and address customer satisfaction issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or ITS qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related technical field.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Availability for international business travel and shift work (including night shifts).
• Proven hands‑on experience and strong interest in training, coaching and technical instruction.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Hands‑on engineering experience.
