Technologist – Construction & Innovation

About the role

Trevi SpA is looking for a Technologist to support its Production and Tender departments. The role focuses on researching and implementing innovative technologies, products, and solutions that align with the Group’s strategic development goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technological assistance for execution procedures, operational instructions, data analysis, and field testing of site technologies.
• Support construction sites in developing and testing improved technological solutions.
• Assist the Tender department (Italy and abroad) with technological analysis of bids and proposals.
• Develop innovative products, technologies, and solutions in collaboration with universities, industry associations, and partners.
• Participate as a speaker in internal and external technical update courses and attend industry conferences.
• Work with supervisors and senior colleagues to draft R&D plans aimed at securing funding.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Geology.
• Knowledge of the Foundations and Soil Improvement sector.
• Understanding of equipment and instrumentation used in Foundations and Soil Improvement.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D civil and mechanical drawings.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level) and strong interpersonal skills.
