Territory Manager – Anaesthesia (South Italy)

About the role

Based in Naples, you will lead the growth of Fisher & Paykel Healthcare’s anaesthesia portfolio across South Italy. You will work closely with hospitals, distributors and clinical teams to introduce innovative respiratory and anaesthesia solutions that improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and support unique medical devices by building relationships with key decision‑makers in anaesthesia departments (OR, NORA, PACU).
• Collaborate with distributors to develop effective promotion and sales strategies.
• Conduct product demonstrations and evaluations in operating rooms and NORA environments.
• Provide training and post‑sales support to ensure proper device usage and optimal patient care.
• Represent the company at medical congresses and events to expand networks and share product insights.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Medical or technical degree (e.g., biomedical engineering, anaesthesia nursing or related clinical discipline).
• Significant experience in anaesthesia or surgical settings, with an established professional network considered a strong advantage.
• Proven sales track record, able to understand clinical needs and communicate product value.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
