Trade Marketing Assistant Internship

About the role

LVMH Fragrance Brands is looking for a motivated Trade Marketing Assistant to join its Italy Marketing Department on an internship basis. You will work closely with the Trade Marketing National Chains Coordinator, supporting the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives for iconic fragrance and beauty brands.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in defining and implementing trade marketing plans for retail partners.
• Prepare briefs for suppliers to develop trade marketing materials.
• Manage promotional and visibility assets in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Create and maintain reports, analyses, and presentations for the sales force.
• Conduct sell‑out analysis for hostess‑driven activities, coordinating with agencies and delivering final performance reports.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Previous experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
• Strong relational and analytical abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent command of English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
