Training Coordinator – Industrial Blue‑Collar Onboarding

About the role

We are seeking a Training Coordinator to join our headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese. Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing Services, you will design, deliver and monitor onboarding, technical and safety training programmes for blue‑collar personnel in our industrial area.

Key responsibilities

• Collect information on new blue‑collar entrants and plan onboarding sessions.
• Design, organise, deliver and track technical trainings for temporary, new and established staff.
• Plan and execute mandatory safety trainings (e.g., forklift, PLE, PES/PAV) in line with legal requirements.
• Continuously improve training content based on operational needs.
• Maintain the training database in SAP‑HR and generate reports on training status.
• Create new training modules as new needs arise.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering or a technical diploma.
• At least 4 years of experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
• Full proficiency in English and Italian; German is a plus.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
