Training & Development Specialist

About the role

Technogym is seeking a Sales Transformation & Training Specialist to design, deliver and manage global sales training programs. The role will partner with sales leadership to identify learning needs, create engaging curricula and ensure the sales force has the skills required to drive revenue and support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs aligned with strategic business goals.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, performance data and collaboration with sales leaders.
• Create training materials such as manuals, e‑learning modules, presentations and videos.
• Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions and ongoing training for new hires and existing sales staff.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using key performance indicators and report results to leadership.
• Provide individualized coaching and continuous support to reinforce learning and improve performance.
• Stay current with industry trends, sales methodologies and best practices in sales training.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Contribute to broader sales transformation initiatives by identifying process improvement opportunities.
