Vehicle Assembly Process Engineering Internship

About the role

Ferrari is seeking a motivated intern to join its Vehicle Assembly Line Process Engineering team in Maranello. The role supports the continuous improvement of assembly processes, equipment updates, and production performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing technical changes and upgrades to existing equipment and plants.
• Collaborate with the Technology department to research, evaluate, and procure new production equipment.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities for new plants and equipment.
• Work with diagnostic teams to analyse production anomalies and help implement corrective solutions.
• Collect and analyse key process indicators to monitor production performance.
• Help draft and update technical documentation, operating instructions, and process standards.

Required profile

• Recent Master graduate or current Master student (or final‑year student) in Mechanical or Management Engineering.
• Passion for automotive and innovative solutions, with prior internship or project experience in automotive or luxury sectors.
• Analytical, target‑oriented, structured thinking and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with high attention to detail.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Power BI (considered a plus).
